Helena Thompson, MBA, MS-HRM, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Talent Enablement at Integrated Healthcare Association, a position held since January 2019, following roles as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources within the same organization. Previously, Helena held the title of HR Director at Auto-Chlor System from June 2015 to December 2018 and served as HR Staffing and Development Manager at Alldata from April 2011 to May 2015. Earlier career experience includes roles with Target Corporation as Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, Verizon Corporation as a Human Resources Consultant/Recruiter, Kaiser Permanente as HR Recruitment Coordinator, and Golin Harris International as Professional Development Manager. Helena holds multiple degrees from Capella University, including a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management, along with a high school diploma from Skyline High School.
