Jacqui Darcy

Jacqui Darcy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Customer Experience Program at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, Jacqui also holds the position of Vice President of Client Operations at the Integrated Healthcare Association since December 2018. Previously, Jacqui was the Client Experience Leader at NextGen Healthcare, overseeing the Global Voice of the Client Program, and served as the Managing Principal at J Darcy Group, focusing on client retention and business growth. With a strong background in client relationship management from Ernst and Young, Jacqui brings over twelve years of experience in both the US and UK, beginning as Management Consultant Associate at Ernst and Young MCS and accounting management at the University of Glasgow. Jacqui holds a BA Honors degree in Business (Economics) from Glasgow Caledonian University.
