Susan Klarner

Susan serves as the Vice President, Network Development for IHCS. Susan is responsible for the leadership, and development of the provider network in support of IHCS ongoing growth and expansion including network composition and pricing. She also provider engagement activities within and across markets enhancing provider communication and training.

Prior to joining IHCS, Susan has held contracting and network development leadership positions at Providence a large integrated health system and several national health plans to include Aetna, Centene, CIGNA and Health Net, C. Susan has extensive experience leading payor and provider contracting organizations to include Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Exchange, Public Option and associated Value Based Agreements to support the aforementioned products.

Susan received a B.S. in Management degree from Pepperdine University and she also attended the MBA in Health Services Management Program at the University of Dallas.
