Billy Jenkins has worked in the IT industry since 2016. In that time, they have held various roles in different companies. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Claims Specialist at Altruis. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Technical Support/Helpdesk Support at Spectrum. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Network Operations Center Technician/Information Systems Analyst at Kindred Healthcare, and as a Lead Network Operations Center Technician at Mainstream Fiber Networks. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Blue Technologies, a Technical Support Engineer - Tier II at Go2IT Group, and a Site Engineer at Verizon. Currently, they are working as an Owner at Jenkins Technologies Group, as well as a NOC Lead Engineer, NOC Escalation Engineer, and NOC Engineer at Integrated IT Group.

Billy Jenkins has an extensive educational and certification background. Billy attended Western Kentucky University from 2012 to 2014, studying Music Teacher Education. In 2019, they began attending DeVry University, where they are currently enrolled in a Network Administration program in the field of Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
