Charles McLean

Charles McLean has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charles began their career in 2013 as a Sales Associate at Brightwood Hardware, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to a role as an Animal Care Technician at PAWS Humane Society, where they stayed until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Charles worked as a Delivery Driver at Wings Over. Following this, they worked as a Freight Associate at NAPA AUTO PARTS from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they returned to Wings Over as a Delivery Driver until 2020. In 2020, Charles joined Integrated IT as a Remote Support Technician, a position they held until 2021. Charles then moved on to LanceSoft, Inc., where they served as a Senior IS Technician from February 2022 to November 2022. Charles is currently a Remote Support Engineer at Integrated IT, beginning in December 2022.

In 2019 to 2020, Charles attended The Tech Foundry, where they studied Information Technology without obtaining a specific degree. In addition to their formal education, Charles holds several certifications. In June 2015, they obtained a CCNA Exploration 2: Routing Protocols and Concepts certification from Cisco. In June 2014, they received a CCNA Exploration 1 Network Fundamentals certification, also from Cisco. Furthermore, Charles obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in January 2015.
