Integrated IT
Nikolay Korzun began their work experience in 2012 as a Helpdesk Technician at Mikrodots, Inc. Nikolay then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Volicon, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Verizon Digital Media Services Inc. as a Technical Support Sr Engineer. In this role, they served as a Technical Account Manager, handling remote installation, training, and support for global clients. Nikolay collaborated with internal teams and client leaders on media intelligence technology projects. Since 2020, Nikolay has been working as an Information Technology Project Engineer at Integrated IT.
Nikolay Korzun attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2009 to 2013. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Computer Science.
