Mike Gerstenfeld

Medical Director at Integrated Medical

Mike Gerstenfeld, MD is the Medical Director and Founder of Integrated Medical of Danbury, LLC.

He received his Medical Degree from FEU School of Medicine and his PGY-1 & 2 surgical internship at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York. He completed his Internal Medicine at Danbury Hospital/Yale University School of Medicine Program.

As a Yale exchange fellow to Shanghai, China, he studied Traditional and Eastern Medicine at Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University 复旦大学附属中山医院 (Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University). He continues to support the Yale-China Association Health Fund initiatives through the Maude and Winston Pettus Fund for Health Programs.

Designated as a Civil Surgeon by the USCIS, he is able to perform the I693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record exam.

Under the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Medical Disability Examinations (MDE) program and LHI, he assists the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in providing quality compensation and pension examinations to Veterans seeking benefits for service-connected health issues.

He is a national provider for the James Zadroga 9/11 World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program providing monitoring and treatment of conditions caused by those patients exposed from 9/11.

Dr. Gerstenfeld is a member of the Connecticut Medical Reserve Corps, HVMRC and is a USA Boxing Certified Ringside Physician, United States Olympic Committee.
