Tara Sutherland, PHR, is an experienced talent acquisition and compensation professional with over two decades of industry experience. Currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisition & Compensation at Integrated Oncology Network, LLC since June 2019, Tara has previously held leadership roles including Senior Director of Recruiting & Compensation at both e+CancerCare and Integrated Oncology Network, LLC. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Willis and Corporate Manager of Organizational Talent at Universal Lighting Technologies. Tara Sutherland earned a BBA in Finance from Austin Peay State University between 1990 and 1994.
