Brad Romine

Brad Romine, MBA-ITM has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. Brad currently serves as the Director of Information Technology and Security Officer at Integrated Pain Associates, where they are responsible for overhauling the IT Department and Infrastructure to support the company's growth and expansion. Brad has successfully managed various projects, including network infrastructure overhaul, Office 365 consolidation and administration, PC replacement, and Active Directory audit and organization. Brad has also implemented hybrid Active Directory/Azure Active Directory and led the migration of on-premises servers to cloud-based solutions. Additionally, Brad collaborates with the C-Suite to set the technical vision, develops strategic plans, maintains cyber security, and oversees workflow in the IT department. Prior to their current role, Brad served as the Director of Information Technology at Hemphill County Hospital, where they diagnosed and analyzed deliverability issues, managed VMware administration, and coordinated email system and network operations. Brad also held the position of IT Systems Administrator at Hemphill County Hospital. Brad's work experience also includes serving as a Network Specialist III at TCEQ Compliance Service and an IT Technician at Gage Telecom.

Brad Romine, MBA-ITM, has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University. Brad also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the same institution. Prior to that, they attended Texas State Technical College from 2015 to 2017, specializing in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Additionally, Brad has obtained certifications including the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco and the CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification from CompTIA. Brad also holds CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
