Henry Chang

Henry Chang is a senior hardware engineer at Ipitek Inc. since June 2004, where contributions include the development of multiple ports for a 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch, implementation of the IEEE 1588 Precision Timing Protocol to meet Stratum 3E standards, and the design of Circuit Emulation Services. Previously, from May 2001 to June 2004, Henry Chang served as the Director of Hardware Engineering at Opvista Inc., overseeing the design and development of the architecture for an ultra-dense Wavelength Division Multiplexer and supervising a hardware development team in design and debugging processes. Education was completed at Syracuse University.
