David Horner has an extensive background in the aerospace, space, and defense industries, with experience in various leadership roles focused on operations, strategy development, and business improvement. David currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Polymer Solutions (IPS) and previously held executive positions at Applied Composites and Meggitt PLC. David has a Master of Science degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
