Diane Guite Rothkopf

Diane Guite Rothkopf serves as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Strategy at Integrated Polymer Solutions and Kaman Corporation, roles held since April and October 2024, respectively. Prior to these positions, Diane was the Vice President of Acquisitions & Strategy at Quantic Electronics from February 2021 to October 2024 and worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and Associate from April 2017 to February 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Business Development at Vermont Telephone Company from December 2012 to December 2014. Diane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology and Economics from Harvard University.
