Dr. Erica M. Rhodes

Dr. Erica M. Rhodes, D.B.A, currently serves as the Director of Shared Services and previously held roles as the West Region Sr. Financial Controller and Financial Controller at Integrated Power Services since July 2021. Erica has extensive experience in financial management, having worked as Corporate Controller at Infrastructure Services Group LLC and US&S, Inc., where responsibilities included managing monthly closings, revenue recognition, and budget forecasting. Additional roles include Contract Accounting Manager at Gordian, Controller & HR Manager at Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling, Senior Accountant/Manager at Robert O Clemens CPA, and Tax Specialist II at H&R Block. Erica’s academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Advanced Accounting from Northcentral University, an MBA in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University, and a Bachelor's in Accounting from the same institution, complemented by an Associate degree in Accounting from Community College of Rhode Island.
