Currently serving as VP Continuous Improvement at Integrated Power Services, Terry has successfully implemented Lean/Six Sigma methodology across the company's 16 locations. Prior to this, Terry held positions at Baldor Electric and Rockwell Automation, where Terry oversaw operations and plant management responsibilities for significant revenue-generating divisions. Terry's expertise lies in driving operational excellence and efficiency within manufacturing environments.
