Tay has been in the aviation industry for more than 40 years. Besides having a business degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) Australia, he also received training in aviation maintenance and holds a FAA Airframe & Powerplant rating. As the Director of Business Development for the Asia Pacific region, Tay has used his exceptional network in Asia Pacific to successfully manage regional offices for many US and UK companies to grow their aviation business (commercial and defense) in Asia since the year 2000.
