Neil Bradley

Lead Project Engineer at Integrated Production Systems

Neil Bradley has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design, testing, and project management. Neil started their career in 2006 at Alpine, an ITW Company, where they served as a Mechanical Design Engineer. In this role, they designed parts and assemblies for new machines, provided engineering support, managed part and drawing revisions, and performed risk and tolerance analyses. Neil also wrote manuals, visited customer sites, and consulted with vendors.

After leaving Alpine in 2017, Neil joined Cash Processing Solutions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Neil then moved on to Delta Steel Technologies in 2020, where they held the same position. In both roles, they contributed to the design and maintenance of production equipment.

In 2021, Neil joined OxeFit as a Senior Mechanical Engineer before being promoted to Lead Mechanical Engineer in 2022. During their time at OxeFit, they played key roles in mechanical engineering projects, including leading teams, designing new equipment, and testing new designs.

Most recently, Neil joined Integrated Production Systems in 2023 as the Lead Project Engineer, where they currently oversee projects and ensures their successful execution.

Neil Bradley holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
