Noe Dorantes, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the PMO Director of Knowledge & Process Management at IPM Integrated Project Management Company, Inc., overseeing a team focused on improving project delivery practices within a professional services consulting firm. With extensive experience in project management, Noe has held various leadership roles including Director of Operations and Co-Lead of the Project Portfolio Management Center of Excellence, contributing significantly to business growth. Prior positions at CEF Industries involved managing engineering departments and product lines for aerospace products, while earlier roles included engineering and leadership positions with Hamilton Sundstrand and the US Navy. Noe holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Northern Illinois University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
