Alissa Gibbons

Alissa Gibbons is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in leasing and marketing. Currently serving as Assistant Manager and Leasing Manager at Integrated Real Estate Group since November 2021, Alissa has previously held the Leasing Manager position at Horizon Realty Advisors from January 2019 to November 2021. In this role, Alissa developed a comprehensive marketing plan for lease terms, organized resident events, and assisted in budget creation. Notably, Alissa played a key role in a successful One Day Sale event, achieving 100 leases signed in a day. Alissa has also served as an Interim Property Manager and held positions with Asset Living and Lincoln Property Company. Alissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Criminalistics from the University of North Texas in 2018.
