Brad Heald

Brad Heald began his career in multifamily construction in 2000 and has since overseen the construction of thousands of units across Texas. Brad initially started as an assistant superintendent but quickly worked his way up through the ranks, from Superintendent to Project Manager, and is currently the VP of Multifamily Construction.

Brad is responsible for all phases of the multifamily construction process: Early development, initial plan review, project start-up, contract negotiations, submittals, RFI’s, daily project oversight, coordination with property management, finish out and turn over. His responsibilities extend to implementing new procedures and construction software, as well as hiring needs. Brad, a lifelong learner who enjoys new challenges, is always looking for continuing education opportunities, leveraging new construction procedures, and utilizing new materials.
