Darla Bailey joined Integrated Real Estate Group in 2011 and now manages all aspects of operational oversight for the Integrated Senior Lifestyles division, for both lease-up and stabilized communities. Her focus is to ensure high standards of service and a commitment to quality hospitality and health care services for today’s seniors. Darla is instrumental in assuring each community is in compliance with licensing standards through regular on-site audits and quality assurance programs. She strives to make Integrated Real Estate Group known as an employer of choice in the industry, while delivering optimal financial results to the investors.
