Rick Simmons has a 30-year history of building and developing real estate throughout the U.S., with an emphasis on multifamily developments. Following the successful launch of a luxury home building company in 1990, Rick established Integrated Real Estate Group in 2003. Since then, the company has developed more than 15,000 units across the United States southern central region, with a combined value of over $1 billion.

At Integrated Real Estate Group, Rick first assembled a team comprised of the top talent drawn from his previous projects and has since made an effort to hire new best-in-class personnel as future leaders of the company.
