Ross Johnson

Ross Johnson has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales, business development, and marketing fields. Ross worked at Integrated Rental Systems as the Director of Sales And Business Development from December 2022 to the present, and prior to that, they served as the Strategic Channel Director from January 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining Integrated Rental Systems, Ross worked at Caterpillar Inc. for several years. Ross'sroles at Caterpillar included Retail Development Consultant from May 2021 to January 2022, Rental Services Sales & Operations Representative from October 2017 to January 2022, and Marketing Representative from May 2015 to October 2017. As a Marketing Representative, they focused on the Rental & Used Operations of the dealerships in the Caterpillar Dealership Network, where they conducted data analysis, created marketing programs, and implemented operational efficiencies.

Ross also worked at Caterpillar Inc. as a Corporate Intern. In this role, they contributed to the development of a go-to-market strategy for higher regulated engine emissions product from May 2014 to August 2014. Ross also completed a production study aimed at improving Caterpillar's product offering to mining customers as a Quarry and Aggregate Solutions Corporate Intern from September 2014 to January 2015.

Ross Johnson completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bradley University in the years 2011-2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
