Sonia Kapoor

Sonia Kapoor has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) since December 2014, where prior roles included Senior Manager and Human Resources Manager. Under Sonia Kapoor's leadership, IRI has achieved recognition as a certified healthcare staffing firm and has been listed among the Inc 5000 companies for eight consecutive years, along with receiving the 2016 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards. Additionally, from January 2021 to December 2022, Sonia Kapoor was a Council Member for the Haryana Human Resources section of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), an organization focused on empowering women entrepreneurs across global platforms. Sonia Kapoor is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, having completed a certification in Talent Management and Human Resources Development in 2019.
