Paige Sholter

Paige Sholter is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as an ESG Advisor at Integrated Sustainability since April 2021, Paige collaborates with clients to assess operations and perform benchmarking and GAP analysis. Previous experience as a Project Engineer at Ferus Natural Gas Fuels involved managing projects for liquified and compressed natural gas equipment, including budgeting and vendor negotiations. Earlier roles include Process Engineer E.I.T at Black Box Engineered Solutions Inc., where support was provided for oil battery studies, and Junior Process Engineer at Wood Group PSN, Inc., working on Cyclic Steam Injection projects. Paige also held positions in product development at EvelineCharles Salons and Sleek MakeUP, focusing on sourcing suppliers and negotiating product specifications. Paige holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Western University.
