Robert Norman

Robert (Bob) Norman has a diverse background in heavy equipment operation and management, with over 40 years of experience in the construction and woodworking industries. Currently serving as a Dozer Operator at Integrated Sustainability since June 2021, Norman previously held similar roles at Thompson Brothers and North American Construction. From 2014 to 2018, Norman owned Tawatinaw Valley Woodworking, specializing in custom cabinetry. Earlier in their career, Norman worked at Worleyparsons Canada as a Construction Specialist, supervising civil and drilling contractors for major projects with Syncrude. A long tenure at Syncrude Canada Ltd. involved various roles, including Carpenter, Process Operator, and Heavy Equipment Operator, contributing to the maintenance and operation of facilities from 1978 to 2009.
