Judith Shetterly McIntosh

Judith brings over 20 years of Human Resources, Finance and Administration experience to ISI. She oversees the Human Resources, Recruiting, Finance and Administration Departments. She works with the Executive Management team to align these departments with the Corporate Strategic Vision and goals. She has been an integral part of the teams that lead to certification for CMMI L3 Dev, ISO 9001, 20000 and 27001 and successful DCAA audits. She has developed continuous process improvements across the company.

She has a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University. She is SPHR certified and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
