Anne Rose

Clinical Librarian at Integrated Vital Medical Dynamics

Dr. Rose is iVMD’s clinical librarian. She is an inpatient pharmacy manager of patient care services focusing on internal medicine and cardiology. She also manages the Anticoagulation Stewardship Program and Anticoagulation Clinic at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Health System (UW Health) located in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Rose received her PharmD degree from Butler University and completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at the Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, Illinois. In her current position, she designed and implemented an Anticoagulation Stewardship Program and continues to coordinate all anticoagulation related safety, quality, decision support and performance improvement initiatives across UW Health. In addition to managing the anticoagulation program, she also practices clinically in the areas of cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and in anticoagulation management at the UW Health Anticoagulation Clinic. In her role at iVMD, she works with clinical documentation and evidentiary support for the Digital Intern algorithms.
