"It is my belief that massage does not have to hurt to bring improvement.  I bring more than 15 years' experience in massage therapy to every session and I'm professionally skilled in a number of styles of massage.  When you come to a session, I want you to have a calming, effective, friendly experience.  There is no one method of massage that works for everyone, so I will listen to what you want and need from your time on the table, and then may combine a number of different styles for optimal benefit.
