David Lehr is a retired attorney and former Chief Assistant District Attorney for Staten Island, also serving as District 31 Community School Board Member and as an Adjunct Professor at St. John’s University. He is presently the Board Chairman of the Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island and is a trustee at Staten Island University Hospital.
