Florian Bemmerlein-Lux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, capacity development, and vocational education. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at ifanos concept&planning since 2002, Florian has been involved in various international initiatives, including promoting vocational training systems in Afghanistan and guiding climate change capacity building in Palestine. Previous roles include technical support for the GIZ project in Yemen and contributions to the European Commission's proposal assessments. With a strong educational background in biology and landscape ecology from Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg, Florian has successfully led over 30 projects across multiple organizations, including GIZ, UNDP, and SWECO GmbH, demonstrating expertise in training development and strategic planning.
