Isabela Estefan

Isabela Estefan is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in consulting, business development, and marketing. Currently a Senior Consultant at Integration Consulting since August 2023, Isabela previously held the position of Category Growth Manager at Zé Delivery from November 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that, Isabela was a Sales Manager at PepsiCo from August 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing category management initiatives. Isabela’s career began with internships at PepsiCo and Nestlé, where marketing strategies and product launches were key focuses. Isabela holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed an academic exchange at the University of Amsterdam. Additionally, Isabela gained valuable early experience at Consultoria Júnior Pública - FGV, contributing to marketing and human resources projects.
