Matthew Stark

Matthew Stark is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Integration Innovation Inc (i3). He directs all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting while leading departments of Accounting, Program Control, and Purchasing. He is responsible for the direction and financial representation in all audits, as well as provides final review of pricing of follow-on and new business proposals.

Mr. Stark began his career in accounting at Madison Research Corp. before moving on to a Billing Specialist role at System Dynamics Int’l. He then took some time to invest in non-profit work as he went to perform missions work with a Baptist church in Spain for 5 years. Mr. Stark returned to the United States in 2010 and began work with i3.

Mr. Stark is a native of Huntsville, AL and lives in Madison with his wife, Pilar, and their three daughters, Kayla, Nicole, and Noelia.

Mr. Stark earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pensacola Christian College and his Master of Business Administration, International Business from Liberty University.
