Richard Chipman

Richard Chipman currently serves as an MJAT Software Tester at Integration Innovation, Inc., where responsibilities include designing, documenting, and analyzing developmental tests for software products. Prior to this role, Richard had a distinguished 20-year career with the United States Air Force, culminating as Lead Personal Communicator for the Deputy Secretary of Defense, providing critical communication services at the highest levels of government. Richard has held various leadership and technical positions within the Air Force, overseeing operations in executive travel communications, maintenance management, and network operations, managing teams and significant budgets for sophisticated communication systems and technologies. Richard Chipman holds a Bachelor's degree in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science degree in Electronic System Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
