Walter Strankman

Walter serves as the CEO and has been with the company since its inception in 2007. Walter previously served as the COO where he was responsible for managing and directing the company’s operations, revenue, and business growth for all activities within i3. He has also served as i3's Executive Vice President and Vice President of Operations.

Walter was honorably discharged from the US Army 101st Airborne Assault Division in June 1991 after serving during Desert Shield / Desert Storm.

Walter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management from the University of Texas in Arlington and a Master of Science, Computer Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology.

He lives in Huntsville with his wife Melanie. They have two grown children, Stone and Cole.
