Mila V. is a seasoned operational leader with extensive experience in scaling companies from Seed to Series C. Currently serving as Fractional COO and Chief of Staff at a stealth startup, Mila V. also advises portfolio companies at Loyal VC on areas including fundraising and organizational design. Previous roles include General Manager of Operations at Event, where strategic partnerships and a GTM playbook were developed, and Chief of Staff at Fiat Republic, where operations were established across multiple countries. Additional experience encompasses serving as Director of Operations at ChainSafe Systems and VP of Strategic Partnerships at 1000ml. Mila V. co-founded Real Sal.es, a PropTech agency, and holds degrees in Economics and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Toronto and Adler University, respectively.
