Integrative Care Associates (ICA) is a clinician-led umbrella organization guiding a growing network of independently run practices—including Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry, New York Integrative Psychiatry, and Alpine Psychiatry. We believe those closest to care delivery should also shape the future of care, grounding decisions in clinical insight, ethical leadership, and environments built on trust and shared values.
As a management services organization (MSO), ICA supports local practices while preserving their autonomy, so patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care and teams can focus on what matters most: outcomes and experience. ICA is fully owned, operated, and guided by mental health professionals, ensuring that every decision reflects a clinician’s perspective.
