Integrative Emergency Services
Dr. Chet Schrader currently serves as the President of IES, PGPA and the Chair of Emergency Services at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where he is also Immediate Past President of the Medical Staff. Additionally, he is a Core Faculty member for JPS’s Fort Worth Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Schrader oversees the operations of the largest Level I Emergency Department in Tarrant County, along with the associated Clinical Decision Unit and Urgent Care totaling over 200,000 patient visits.
Dr. Schrader received his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. He completed an Emergency Medicine residency at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a subsequent fellowship in practice management and health policy at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas.
