Jose Robert Rosillo

Originally from Guadalajara, México, Dr. Jose Robert Rosillo serves as Executive Vice President for CHI St. Luke’s Health emergency departments in Houston, Texas. He is responsible for the Patient’s Medical Center, Pasadena, Sugar Land, and The Vintage hospitals. In his role at IES, Dr. Rosillo organizes group and system resources to support local leaders. He completed an administrative fellowship with IES and previously was the administrator for multiple sites, including Associate Director at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Garland and McKinney, Texas. He also served as Medical Director of Parkland Urgent Care in Dallas, Texas, The Heart Hospital Baylor in Plano, Texas, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Marble Falls, Llano, and Brenham, Texas, and Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Dr. Rosillo also held the Regional Medical Director’s title for Baylor Scott & White Health in Marble Falls, Llano, Brenham, and Hillcrest. Dr. Rosillo attended St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, and began his medical training at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. During his residency at UT Southwestern, in Dallas, Texas, he was elected chief resident.
