Lawanda Robertson

LaWanda Robertson is currently serving as a Sr. Director of People Operations at Integriant Ventures Insurance Services. Previously, she worked as an Independent HR Consultant partnering with HR firms to implement HR and learning programs. With a background in Human Resources, LaWanda has also held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area and Human Resources Generalist at Boys Town - DC. Through her career, she has demonstrated expertise in areas such as compensation strategy, staff recruitment, regulatory compliance, and employee productivity improvement. LaWanda holds a MS Ed in Training and Performance Improvement, an MBA in Human Resources, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
