Jillian Spicer, MBA, currently serves as a Customer Engagement Manager at IntegriChain, having previously held the position of Customer Engagement Associate within the same organization since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Assistant for Annual Giving at DeSales University from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included developing and implementing strategies for fundraising campaigns. Additionally, Jillian worked at Virtua Health between 2019 and 2021, initially as a point-of-contact for the Patient Facing Help Desk and subsequently managing marketing and administrative projects for the Virtua Physician Partners network. Jillian holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from DeSales University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Marketing from the same institution. High school education was completed at Saint Basil Academy.
