Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erik began their career at Goodrich as an Engineer, where they were responsible for manufacturing functions and implementing process improvements. Erik then moved to BAE Systems, where they worked as an R&D Engineer, leading the development of lightweight and low-cost armor solutions. At Toyota, Erik held the roles of Sr. Engineering Specialist and Sr. Lexus Engineering Specialist, focusing on new paint technology introductions and production transitions. Currently, Erik is working at TenCate Advanced Armour, where they have held various roles such as Armor Project Manager, Director of Engineering, and VP of Operations and Engineering. In their current position as Chief Operating Officer, Erik is responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Throughout their career, Erik has demonstrated expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and project management.

Erik Johnson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky from the years 2000 to 2005. Later, between 2008 and 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
