Katherine Mansalis, MD, MBA, serves as the Medical Director of Research Operations and Chief Academic and Medical Affairs Officer at INTEGRIS Health, overseeing operations across various facilities including INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and the INTEGRIS Cancer Institute. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, Katherine has managed a statewide clinically integrated healthcare network and led hospitalist services to enhance performance and revenue collection. Previous roles include adjunct professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and assistant program director for the Family Medicine Residency at David Grant Medical Center, where innovative wellness programs were implemented.
