Morgan Milner, MHA, PMP, currently serves as Principal Portfolio Partner at INTEGRIS Health, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategic initiatives for the Patient Logistics Hub and enhancing physician talent acquisition processes. Previously, during tenure at Mercy from May 2016 to September 2021, Morgan achieved significant improvement in operational efficiency as Managing Consultant, leading to savings of $1.2 million across seven service lines. Recognition for excellence occurred in 2019 as a Senior Consultant, addressing healthcare leaders at Epic UGM. Morgan's extensive professional background also includes roles as Consultant and Administrative Resident/Lean Transformation Specialist, where Lean principles were implemented to increase efficiency.
