Shawn Milligan

Shawn Milligan possesses extensive experience in public safety and integrated support services, currently serving as the System Director at INTEGRIS Health since January 2017, and previously held the position of Interim Director within the same department. Milligan’s earlier career included significant tenure with The Village Police Department, where a role as Division Commander for Patrol and Communications was held from June 1988 to December 2014. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Oklahoma and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City.
