Adam Haselwood started their work experience in 1997 as a Department Supervisor with keys at Toys R Us. Adam held this role for over 13 years before moving to Best Buy in 2011, where they became a Video Game Department Supervisor. In 2012, Adam joined BattleStations Gaming as an Operations Manager and remained in this position until 2016. Finally, in 2017, they started working at Integris as a System Administrator.

Adam Haselwood began their education at Cherryvale High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1996. Adam then attended Independence Community College in 1996 for general studies but did not earn a degree. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Adam attended Butler Community College, where they pursued a degree in Internetworking Management with a focus on Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Adam has obtained various certifications in the field of IT. Adam earned certifications such as "Network Pro," "PC Pro," "Windows Client Pro," "Windows Server Pro: Manage and Administer," "Windows Server Pro: Install and Configure," "Switching Pro," "Security Pro," "Routing Pro," and "Windows Server Pro: Advanced Services" from the TestOut Corporation. Adam also holds the certification of "Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers" from ConnectWise, which they obtained in August 2020.
