Bill McCharen

Bill McCharen began their career in 2004 at MyITpros as a Systems Engineer and has since held various roles within the company, eventually becoming the President and Chief Operating Officer. In July 2021, Bill founded Integris where Bill currently serves as Founder, Coach, and Consultant, as well as the Chief People Officer and Managing Director of Texas. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
