Jim Silkworth

Jim Silkworth is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Executive HR Business Partner at Integris, Jim collaborates with the Chief People Officer to drive people-focused integration initiatives stemming from the merger with TechMD. Previously, as Chief People Officer at TechMD, Jim scaled the workforce from approximately 100 to over 250 employees while integrating HR systems and culture during multiple acquisitions. With a strong background in senior living and healthcare as Vice President of Human Resources and Risk at United Methodist Homes and Vice President, Human Resources & Support Services/CHRO at Lourdes, Jim has demonstrated a commitment to recruitment, retention, and organizational development. Early in his career, Jim held significant HR positions at Universal Instruments Corporation and IBM, laying a solid foundation in recruitment and employee relations. Jim holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree from DePauw University, emphasizing economics and psychology.
