Caleb Sutton has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as an Associate Missionary for Peru Mission. From 2006 to 2008, they served as Director for the San Agustin Language Institute, where they managed staff, developed curriculum, and handled budgeting and public relations. Caleb then worked as a Learning Center Tutor at Northwest Florida State College and as a Writing Center Tutor at Tallahassee Community College from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, Caleb became a Teaching Assistant and First-Year Composition Mentor at Florida State University. In 2013, they also served as a Board Member for Hogar Luz de Vida. Finally, since 2015, Caleb has held the position of Director of Operations at Integritas Emergency Physician Services.

Caleb Sutton holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Cornerstone University (2022-2023), a Master's degree in Rhetoric and Composition from Florida State University (2009-2011), a Bachelor's degree in English (Writing) from the University of West Florida (2004-2006), and an Associate's degree from Northwest Florida State College (2000-2002).
