Liz Pellum has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as an Operations Manager at American Express in 2000. Liz (Elizabeth) was recognized for their achievements in improving customer satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Liz then transitioned to the position of Service Delivery Leader, where they led strategic change and advanced customer engagement. Liz (Elizabeth) later became the Global Relationship Care Director, devising a global strategic plan and care strategy for customer experience. Liz joined Vivint Solar in 2015 as the Director of Customer Care, where they focused on improving customer satisfaction and retention through effective leadership and communication skills. Currently, Liz holds the position of Vice President of Administrative Services at Younique Products, responsible for overseeing administrative operations.
Liz Pellum has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Liz (Elizabeth) also has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Salt Lake Community College. In 2008, Liz obtained certification as a Certified Trainer in Authentic Leadership. Additionally, in 2010, Liz received training as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
