James Hoyt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James currently holds the position of Support Engineer II at Integritek, where they started in 2022. Before Mousework Specialists, James held roles such as Technical Support/Technical Writer at The Grace Company in 2009, where they constructed and laid out textual and visual elements in documents and maintained relationships with clients, as well as Computer Operator at the University of Utah in 2009, where they created and maintained issue tickets, performed data and image backups and restorations, and conducted hardware work on laptops.

Throughout their career, James has showcased their technical expertise and ability to handle various responsibilities in support and administrative roles.

James Hoyt has a diverse education history in the field of computer systems networking and telecommunications. In 2013, they attended the New Horizons Computer Learning Center and obtained a degree in A+, CCNA, and MCSA. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, they studied computer electronics at ITT Technical Institute. Lastly, they completed their high school education at Edison Preparatory from 1997 to 2000, earning a HS Diploma in General Studies along with AP credits. Additionally, James obtained an A+ certification from CompTIA in January 2014.
